Volunteer Roles

Race Day Volunteers

Help with registration, the race office, start/finish operations, refreshments and participant support.

Course Volunteers

Assist with course marking, checkpoints and ensuring runners stay safely on the official route.

Trail Maintenance

Help maintain existing trails, clear vegetation and prepare the course before race day.

Media & Communications

Photography, video, social media, interviews and storytelling.

Logistics

Transport, equipment, setup and dismantling of the event area.

Recognition

Every volunteer receives:

• an Official Certificate of Volunteering describing their contribution;
• recognition on the Ormanj Trail LinkedIn community;
• refreshments during volunteer activities;
• the opportunity to become part of future editions of Ormanj Trail.
